Description
Adyen is hiring an Engineering Manager: Data Delivery Platform to lead a cross-functional team responsible for scalable, merchant-facing data delivery systems, including reporting, reconciliation interfaces, file generation and transfer, and dashboard infrastructure. The role combines people leadership, architectural guidance, technical excellence, stakeholder alignment, and product-focused delivery while maintaining high standards for reliability, testing, documentation, and production monitoring. Candidates need at least five years of engineering team management experience and seven years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in modern backend or frontend frameworks, UI platforms, or merchant-facing products. The role is based in Adyen’s Amsterdam office and does not offer remote-only work.
