Description
IQ-EQ is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing maintenance of its IQEQ Data Platform as part of the Group Data Strategy and Data Transformation journey. The role is hands-on and technical, combining data engineering delivery with cross-team leadership across software developers, data analysts, data scientists, and architects. Responsibilities include building, optimizing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production data pipelines and architectures, while supporting scalable data delivery across multiple teams, systems, and products. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 7–10 years of software engineering experience, strong data engineering expertise, and experience with databases, cloud platforms, data lakes and warehouses, stream processing, and data warehousing or API solutions.
