Description
Otter is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of its analytics platform from traditional reporting to a live, conversational intelligence system. The role owns end-to-end business analytics, including pipelines, datasets, semantic modeling, APIs, data governance, customer-facing applications, and AI-enabled insights. The manager will also build and coach a cross-functional team of analytics engineers and full-stack or frontend engineers. The position is based in the Seattle office and requires onsite work five days per week.
