Description
Amplitude is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Data Infrastructure team within Statsig Experiment. The role manages software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists responsible for experiment data ingestion, distributed computation, and the statistical engine. The manager will define technical and scientific strategy, translate statistical and causal-inference methods into scalable product capabilities, evolve data and computation architecture, and partner with customers. The position requires a strong data science and statistical foundation, team leadership experience, and familiarity with experimentation methods and large-scale data systems. It is a hybrid role with compensation ranges of $227,000–$341,000 in Colorado and Washington, and $254,000–$381,000 in California and New York City.
