NVIDIA is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead, scale, and innovate its core Data Labeling Platform. The role combines hands-on software and data engineering with people leadership, focusing on annotation interfaces, scalable backend workflows, models-in-the-loop auto-labeling, data pipelines, analytics, and operations. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of software engineering experience including 2 years as a technical lead or engineering manager, strong Python and system-design skills, and experience with data pipelines, distributed systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows. The base salary is 200,000–322,000 USD for Level 3 and 248,000–391,000 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits; applications are accepted until October 3, 2026.
