Description
Rubrik is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the database team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and performance of the Rubrik Security Cloud platform. The role owns the product component roadmap, leads projects from inception through implementation, establishes engineering practices, supports a metrics-driven culture, and mentors engineers. Candidates need 10+ years of software development experience, 1–2 years in engineering management, experience with enterprise distributed systems and cloud or SaaS environments, and a degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
