Description
HelloFresh is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Deliveries squad to lead backend and frontend engineering, own the architecture and reliability of customer delivery-control systems, and drive scalable event-driven services using technologies such as Kafka. The role includes cross-functional collaboration with product, frontend, and data teams, observability and incident readiness, hiring, capacity planning, code reviews, and engineering mentorship. Candidates should have led teams of at least five engineers, have six or more years of backend development experience, and have experience with microservices, event-driven systems, high-throughput backend systems, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
