Description
Replit is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager, Developer Experience to steward its complex polyglot codebase, build and test pipelines, code-generation interfaces, code quality standards, developer onboarding, deployment processes, infrastructure integrations, and open-source dependencies. The role partners with the AI team on an internal AI platform and requires strong TypeScript, Go, Nix, build-system, and monorepo expertise. It is based at Replit’s Foster City, California office with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
