The role covers new-product and process development, feasibility analyses, CAD and ERP systems, R&D project management, procurement support, patent and warranty administration, documentation, and standards-committee representation. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent qualification, extensive mechanical design and development experience, leadership experience, knowledge of agricultural and construction machinery, CAD and ERP skills, and German and English proficiency.
