Konecranes is hiring an Engineering Manager, Drivetrain, Function & Driver Environment to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on lift-truck mobility, power, hydraulic functions, ergonomics, and driver comfort. The role combines technical leadership, people management, resource planning, budgeting, engineering delivery, risk mitigation, functional and machine safety, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply, Service, Product Support, and other stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least three years of people-management experience, at least five years of mechanical design experience in heavy equipment, material handling, lifting applications, or automotive industries, and proficiency with CAD, PLM, and risk-mitigation tools.
