Bosch Car Multimedia is hiring an Engineering Manager – eBike Embedded Software Development to lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for software powering Bosch eBike products. The role owns organizational strategy, engineering competence development, workforce and capacity planning, talent management, hiring, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery improvement across drive units, battery packs, head units, remote controls, connectivity solutions, and related software platforms. The position requires a degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification, several years of software development experience, embedded software experience, and proven engineering leadership; it offers a hybrid work system and health insurance.
