AWS is hiring an Engineering Manager for its EC2 Core Consoles team to lead and grow an engineering team building customer-facing console experiences for AWS networking and compute infrastructure. The role owns end-to-end delivery, customer outcomes, architecture and delivery decisions, operational excellence, cross-team partnerships, and the development of senior engineers. It requires extensive experience leading multi-tier web services, engineering teams, and systems architecture, along with modern frontend and web-application experience. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, with a base salary of 184,900 to 250,200 USD annually.
