The Engineering Manager – Electrical leads and manages the electrical engineering team, providing technical leadership for heavy-duty vehicle electrical and electronic systems. The role oversees engineering design, analysis, validation, troubleshooting, integration, embedded systems development, project schedules and budgets, customer and supplier technical issues, and team development. It requires an accredited bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with at least eight years of related experience, with electrical engineering, controls, CAN/SAE J1939, vehicle networking, troubleshooting, and wire harness design experience preferred. The position pays $92,600 to $154,400 across U.S. locations and requires regular attendance.
