BAE Systems is hiring an Engineering Manager – Electrical Systems to lead a multidisciplinary electrical power team supporting submarine design and build work. The role focuses on functional design and definition of electrical power systems equipment, technical documentation reviews, customer and supplier engagement, systems definition, and mentoring team members. The position is hybrid based in Barrow-in-Furness or Filton with regular UK travel, offers a salary of £56,000+ commensurate with experience, and requires chartership or progress toward it, an engineering degree or HND, substantial electrical engineering design/development experience, and strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems.
