Description
Form Energy is hiring an Engineering Manager to oversee Electrode Assembly Operations at its high-volume battery manufacturing facility in Weirton, West Virginia. The role leads process engineers and technicians across lamination, welding, gluing, and inspection; owns line cadence, downtime, throughput, OEE, yield, and cycle-time metrics; develops staffing, coaching, and performance-management practices; and partners with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve process reliability, quality, and production efficiency. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least seven years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience, including team or section management. Relocation assistance is available, and the role is onsite.
