Radiant is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Electronics team and own the electronics architecture for terrestrial and future space reactor control systems. The role manages electrical engineers, defines requirements, oversees custom hardware development and testing, and validates PCB designs. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least five years managing electrical engineers, and five years designing mixed-signal, analog, or RF hardware, with 100% onsite work at the El Segundo headquarters.
