Description
Qwello is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a 6–8 person Embedded team responsible for the firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineering of AC charging stations. The role owns the firmware release train, fleet-impacting incidents, Eichrecht and other certification and compliance work, vendor and contract-manufacturer management, production testing, BOM changes, supply-chain risk, and team development. The manager must be technical enough to represent the team, make trade-offs across firmware, hardware, and regulatory constraints, and build self-managing teams. The position is based in Munich with a flexible hybrid setup.
