Vinted is hiring two Engineering Managers for its Platform organisation: one to lead the Developer Portal team and one to lead the Developer Environments team. Both roles manage teams building internal products used by engineers and AI agents, own delivery and engineering quality, shape technical strategy, and support Vinted’s AI adoption roadmap. The roles require experience leading platform or developer-tooling teams, accountability for delivery, hands-on knowledge of modern AI-assisted development, and strong people-management skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €6,658–€9,008, hybrid work with two recommended office days per week, and benefits including private health insurance, home-office support, and learning budgets.
