Description
Orb is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Entitlements & Spend Platform team to lead engineers building the runtime layer between its billing engine and customer workflows. The role owns engineering growth, technical direction, architecture and code quality, API design, estimation, QA, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy. Candidates need at least six years of software engineering experience, including two years as an engineering manager or equivalent tech lead, along with strong distributed systems, data modeling, and system architecture knowledge. The role supports hybrid work in San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Amsterdam, with remote roles requiring quarterly in-person participation.
