Description

Enpal is hiring an Engineering Manager ERP to lead the technical transformation of its ERP landscape from a customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O setup into a clean-core, AI-native agentic enterprise. The role combines technical leadership and people management, overseeing ERP architecture, D365 F&O development and integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, agent harnesses, and the growth of an engineering team across 30+ legal entities. The position is based in Berlin and uses a hybrid working concept.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience as an Engineering Manager, Senior ERP Architect, or Technical Lead with strong people leadership
Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX/AX2012 expertise in customization, integration, and architecture
Independent ERP technical assessments and roadmap development
Software engineering experience with C#, X++, .NET, Azure, or similar cloud stacks
Agentic AI engineering experience or strong interest
Core ERP process-domain knowledge and technical architecture
Experience building and leading scalable engineering teams
Stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
Preferred Qualifications: German language proficiency
