Description
Spotify is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a distributed engineering team across Europe. The role includes hiring, coaching, and career development of engineers; ensuring high-quality delivery; partnering with product managers; shaping technical strategy with Staff engineers; and contributing hands-on engineering work. The manager should have experience with distributed systems, data warehouses, data processing at scale, commercial SaaS products, and software engineering best practices, along with senior individual-contributor or leadership experience. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a hybrid arrangement requiring in-person meetings three times per week.
