Description
Firmus Technologies is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Platform Engineering and Observability team. The role owns people, delivery, technical direction, reliability, security, cost, and customer-facing engineering communication for the platform supporting the Firmus AI Cloud. The manager will build and grow a team of at least eight engineers, coordinate cross-squad dependencies, oversee production observability and incident response, and represent engineering to senior leadership and customers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least four years managing engineers, and 10+ years of platform or infrastructure engineering experience, including hands-on senior or staff-level work.
