Description
Cohere is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its North America Deployment Engineering team. The role manages Forward Deployed Engineers building agentic solutions on Cohere’s North platform in on-premises environments, owns customer success from technical implementation through delivery, collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Sales, builds customer relationships, and establishes scalable agent development and deployment processes. The position requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, 2 years managing software engineering teams, hands-on enterprise software and agentic application experience, strong English communication, and a hands-on, execution-focused approach. The role is remote-friendly and may be based in one of Cohere’s offices or remotely.
