Description
Tide is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of Backend, Mobile, and Web engineers responsible for its global In-Person Acquiring products. The role owns the technical direction and end-to-end execution of ePOS solutions, Tap to Pay technologies, cross-platform mobile apps, pricing engines, third-party vendor integrations, hardware partnerships, platform transformations, and localized payment networks. The manager will provide architectural guidance, mentor engineers, and translate product strategy into reliable platform solutions. The role is remote-first with flexible working hours and access to Tide’s offices.
