Description
Merlin Digital Partner is hiring an Engineering Manager for a rapidly expanding fintech firm in Barcelona. The role leads and develops engineering and technical team leads, manages performance and technical quality, oversees architecture and infrastructure, addresses technical debt, guides incident resolution, maintains agile practices, and manages DevOps and development tooling. The manager reports to the CTO and requires at least three years of experience leading engineering teams of 8–10 or more people, at least five years of software development experience including senior-level work, and experience with agile methodologies and engineering performance metrics. The position offers a hybrid work model in Barcelona, fully covered health insurance, flexible hours, and a flexible compensation plan.
