Everpure is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team within FlashArray, building scalable, high-performance systems software for mission-critical storage products. The role owns end-to-end product innovation, software development lifecycle execution, team growth and technical excellence, customer-centric engineering priorities, and agile delivery practices. Candidates should have engineering leadership experience, a strong background in core systems software such as C, C++, Golang, or Java, and proven success managing agile software development lifecycles. The position is primarily in-office in Bangalore.
