Everpure is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing software engineering team within FlashArray. The role owns end-to-end product innovation, software development lifecycle execution, system architecture, customer-centric development priorities, agile delivery practices, and team mentorship. Candidates should have engineering leadership experience, a strong background in core systems software such as C, C++, Golang, or Java, and proven success managing agile software development. The position is primarily in-office in Bangalore.
