Description
Formation Bio is hiring an Engineering Manager for Infrastructure to lead the reliability, security, and operational foundation of its engineering organization. The role manages infrastructure and site reliability engineers, sets technical direction, develops secure and observable systems across containerized applications, ML pipelines, and AI model training workloads, oversees infrastructure services and IaC, and partners with engineering, data science, tech ops, security, and domain teams. The position requires at least seven years of infrastructure or SRE experience, including three years directly managing engineers, and offers a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office in New York City, Boston, the Research Triangle, or San Francisco Bay Area.
