Harvey is hiring an Engineering Manager for Product Engineering to lead fullstack engineering teams building user-facing features for its legal and professional services platform. The role involves collaborating with Design, Product, and AI teams; defining and evolving the architecture of an AI-powered application; hiring and developing engineers; and contributing to code and architecture reviews. Candidates need at least three years of software engineering management experience leading fullstack product engineering teams and five years of fullstack or backend product engineering experience, along with modern frontend and backend technology experience. The compensation range is $260,000 to $330,000 USD.
