Description
Verkada is hiring an Engineering Manager for Storage Systems to lead a technical team responsible for the software and infrastructure powering on-camera storage. The role owns architecture, reliability, operational excellence, roadmap planning, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration across hardware, firmware, streaming, cloud infrastructure, and product teams. It requires a BS/MS in a relevant technical field, at least 8 years of software engineering experience including leadership of infrastructure or systems teams, strong C/C++ systems programming expertise, and deep knowledge of low-level storage and embedded systems. The position is onsite five days per week at Verkada’s headquarters in San Mateo, California, and offers visa sponsorship and an estimated annual on-target earnings range of $200,000 to $315,000 USD.
