Harbinger is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its multidisciplinary Platform team in Garden Grove, California. The role oversees frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers and managers high-impact web and application products, including fleet management dashboards, OTA and release management, vehicle configuration tools, and a phone app. Responsibilities include architecture and technology planning, hiring, technical mentorship, cross-functional conflict resolution, prioritization, and delivery management. The position requires strong architectural knowledge and hands-on experience with React and/or GoLang, along with experience in telemetry, real-time data visualization, and geospatial dashboards. The California pay range is $180,000 to $220,000 USD, with comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
