GovTech is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or more cross-functional agile squads and provide technical leadership for software products supporting Singapore’s public-sector digital transformation. The role covers technical design and architecture, software development, quality, security, performance, maintainability, technical debt, team mentoring, coding standards, modern development practices, and Scrum ceremonies. Candidates should have 7–12 years of software engineering experience building large, high-availability systems, with strong full-stack web, database, cloud, CI/CD, containerization, and observability experience.
