Description
Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple AI delivery pods and manage senior, mid-level, and junior engineers. The role owns delivery outcomes, solution quality, architectural alignment, engineering practices, and team development while providing solution-level architectural input and contributing to enterprise AI engineering standards. Candidates need people-management experience, enterprise AI solution delivery experience, modern software and cloud architecture expertise, and experience managing multiple initiatives in Agile environments. The role supports hybrid work, with employees expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.
