Description
Metrea is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a geospatial data processing and visualisations team within its Australia-focused Asia-Pacific Market Group. The role is centered on delivery leadership rather than hands-on coding, with responsibility for mentoring software engineers, improving planning and execution, removing blockers, and partnering closely with Tech Leads and Product Managers. The ideal candidate has strong engineering management experience, excellent communication and people leadership skills, familiarity with agile software development in a matrix organization, and experience with geospatial visualization products; the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 AGSVA security clearance is required.
