The role focuses on distributed systems, complex data infrastructure, data ingestion and validation, scalable architecture, and growing software engineering teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of experience in complex software, distributed systems, or data infrastructure, and at least 3 years managing software engineering teams. The position offers a US base salary of $207,000 to $304,000 plus bonus, equity, benefits, and a flexible hybrid work model.
