Description
The Engineering Manager will lead the Grocery team, building scalable systems and managing and mentoring an engineering team. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder collaboration, engineering-process development, developer-community building, and oversight of Golang, Python, MySQL, and Kubernetes. The role requires engineering-management experience, software-development expertise, strong leadership and communication skills, and a BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with experience in Grocery, Marketplace, or other e-commerce products. The annual salary is 90,700 EUR gross, with benefits varying by location.
