Description
OpenFX is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Growth pod of roughly 6 to 10 engineers and QA across frontend, backend, and integrations. The role owns the public API, client onboarding and verification, activation, and the marketing site; it also manages a stage-gated product process, cross-functional dependencies, hiring, performance management, and delivery quality. The manager must still write and ship code, enforce correctness on identity and financial flows, and work directly with Product, GTM, Compliance, Legal, and other engineering teams.
