Gallagher is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the hardware engineering function for its eShepherd virtual fencing system in Hamilton, New Zealand. The role oversees electronics and mechanical engineers across the full product lifecycle, including concept, design, testing, production, risk management, DFMA, FMEA, and continuous improvement. The manager will collaborate with IoT, embedded, cloud, product, manufacturing, compliance, customer success, and supplier teams, and will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and product strategy support. The position requires a bachelor of engineering or equivalent, at least five years of product development experience, and expertise in hardware, electronics, mechanical systems, CAD, testing, and manufacturing.
