Description
Harness is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team building and operating its Harness Cloud platform, the infrastructure foundation for Continuous Integration and other products. The role focuses on architecting, scaling, securing, and operating distributed cloud infrastructure across virtual machines, bare-metal systems, and Kubernetes environments; partnering with Product, SRE, Customer Success, and Principal Engineers; leading incident response and reliability improvements; and recruiting, mentoring, and growing engineering teams.
