Description
Roblox is hiring an Engineering Manager, Home Infrastructure to lead Backend and Data Engineers responsible for the infrastructure powering the Roblox Homepage and other discovery surfaces. The role owns the technical roadmap for large-scale content discovery, personalization, ranking, data, and backend-serving systems; drives initiatives such as real-time user signal infrastructure and ranking observability; partners with Machine Learning, Data Science, Product, Design, and other teams; and develops engineering talent. The position is based at Roblox’s headquarters in San Mateo, California, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and optional presence Monday and Friday.
