Description
SEL is hiring a Test Engineering Manager to lead and grow its production test engineering organization in support of expanding manufacturing operations. The role manages and develops test engineers, partners with R&D and Manufacturing leadership, develops manufacturing test strategies and automation solutions, improves product quality and manufacturing efficiency, and builds long-term engineering capabilities. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience, at least 8 years of engineering or engineering management experience, and expertise in electronics manufacturing, production test engineering, or related disciplines. The position offers a salary range of $136,000 to $150,000 and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
