SEL is hiring an Engineering Manager I to lead the Process Control & Reliability team in a new Greenfield manufacturing facility. The role will establish maintenance practices, develop team capabilities, lead technical professionals, and improve equipment availability through preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience, at least 8 years of related engineering or management experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage product or process problems. It is based in Nampa, Idaho, with extensive travel to SEL facilities in Pullman, Washington, and Lewiston, Idaho during the first 6–12 months, and offers a pay range of $109,900 to $164,800 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
