Addepar is hiring an Engineering Manager in Warsaw, Poland, to lead a team of full-stack engineers responsible for identity and access systems, authentication, authorization, API scaling, and self-service product configuration. The role manages recruitment, technical strategy, architecture, agile delivery, technical debt, code quality, testing, and production stability, while collaborating with product, design, and engineering partners. Applicants need extensive software engineering experience, at least two years of team leadership experience, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong full-stack and identity-protocol knowledge. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the base salary range is 425,000–510,000 PLN.
