Grabber Technology Solutions is hiring a People and Technical Lead to manage and lead its Business Applications Engineering team. Reporting to the Head, End User Computing, the role owns people leadership, engineering strategy, technical direction, delivery, reliability, security, observability, incident response, and the development of agentic engineering foundations. The position is onsite in Grab's Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office and requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including experience managing engineers and leading enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and production reliability.
