Grab is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Deployment Platform team in Malaysia. The role manages backend and mobile tools and platforms that support engineers, including deployment, CI/CD, observability, automation, and common libraries. Responsibilities include architecting scalable systems, building foundational tools, solving custom engineering problems, managing large releases, resolving performance and scalability issues, participating in design reviews and on-call operations, and leading delivery. The position requires at least five years of platform or software engineering experience, including two or more years managing teams, along with Kubernetes, deployment tooling, and engineering-management experience.
