Description
Grab Financial Group is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead software engineers and QAs responsible for designing, building, and operating a central reconciliation platform for fintech payment systems. The role owns product and engineering strategy, platform efficiency, operational excellence, technical guidance, software development lifecycle improvements, and team recruitment and mentorship. It requires at least eight years of software engineering experience, three or more years managing teams of eight or more engineers, backend or web development expertise, payments and finance domain knowledge, and experience with scalable architectures, cloud platforms, data technologies, and compliance. The position is onsite at Grab Singapore’s One-North office with a five-day in-office work arrangement.
