Description
Basalt is hiring an Engineering Manager in Enköping to lead a team of system integrators and support the development and secure releases of its Craton IT platform. The role combines operational leadership with strategic work, including coaching developers, managing team capacity and performance, improving engineering processes, and contributing to product deliverables. Candidates should have extensive hands-on experience in DevSecOps and/or Platform Engineering, software development team leadership, change management, and releases, along with an academic background in IT, computer science, or equivalent experience. The role is based in Enköping with travel between the Enköping and central Stockholm offices, and requires Swedish citizenship.
