LinkedIn is hiring a hybrid Identity Engineering & Enterprise Security leader to build and lead a high-performing team, modernize identity infrastructure from on-premises Active Directory to the cloud, and establish proactive security controls across cloud, identity, endpoint, SaaS, and operational systems. The role bridges business strategy and technical execution, defines roadmaps, mentors engineers and operations staff, leads complex enterprise initiatives, and advises executive leadership. It requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of management or staff-level engineering experience with management training, and seven or more years of experience in software development, enterprise security, and identity management. The role is based at LinkedIn’s Mountain View campus and offers a base salary of $156,000 to $255,000 plus potential bonus, stock, and benefits.
