Description
Omada Health is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead two squads responsible for its Platform and Engineering Systems, from prototype through production. The role owns squad delivery, prioritization, backlog refinement, estimation, code shipping, operational health, on-call rotations, incident response, vendor budgets, audit controls, and team growth. The manager will also write production code, partner with stakeholders across engineering, product, design, IT, security, legal, compliance, procurement, and other departments, and direct AI-assisted development. The position requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 2 years managing engineers or equivalent delivery leadership, along with production software, roadmap, prioritization, feedback, and technical leadership experience. The role offers remote-first work, health, dental, and vision insurance, equity, bonuses, and a base salary of $156,000–$224,250 depending on geographic zone.
