The Engineering Manager will lead and scale cross-functional infrastructure engineering teams building a high-performance trading platform. The role owns delivery, quality, technical direction, engineering processes, architecture, production reliability, observability, technical debt, hiring, and team development. It requires 7+ years of DevOps or backend engineering experience, 3+ years in engineering management, cloud and infrastructure knowledge, and experience in financial or high-reliability systems. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of professional experience as a DevOps or Back End Software Engineer
3+ years in an Engineering Manager role
Experience operating systems on different cloud systems, including EC2, networking, security, and monitoring
Background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with on-premise infrastructure and hybrid environments
Hands-on experience with Ruby
Experience with low-latency or high-throughput systems
Exposure to trading, fintech, or market-data platforms
Experience scaling teams and systems
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
